  John "Butch" Klug and Dave Frohnapfel receive the Star of Life Pin. Butch is an EMT for Wetzel County EMS and is also a member of the St. Joseph Volunteer Fire Department. Dave is the Fire Chief for St. Joseph Volunteer Fire Dept. The St. Joseph Fire Dept. responded as First Responders , which are licensed under Wetzel County EMS, to assist Cameron EMS on a cardiac arrest call in 2011.
